ご注文・制作の流れ (Order & Production Flow)

Step 1: Inquiry 1. お問い合わせ (Inquiry)

ご希望の製品（財布、バッグ等）や仕様について、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。 (Please contact us via the inquiry form regarding your desired product and specifications.)

Step 2: Quotation 2. お見積もり・デザインのご提案 (Quotation & Design)

3営業日以内に、デザイン案と御見積書（PDF）をメールにてお送りいたします。 (We will send a design proposal and PDF quotation via email within 3 business days.)

Step 3: Contract & Payment 3. ご注文・お支払い (Order & Payment)

お見積もり内容にご納得いただけましたら、代金をお支払いください。 お支払い方法： 銀行振込（前払い） (If you agree with the quotation, please proceed with payment. Method: Bank Transfer (Advance payment).)

Step 4: Production 4. 制作開始 (Production)

ご入金確認後、制作を開始いたします。 納期目安： 2週間〜4週間（オーダー内容により異なります） (Production begins after payment confirmation. Est. lead time: 2-4 weeks depending on the order.)

Step 5: Delivery 5. 納品 (Delivery)

完成次第、ヤマト運輸にて発送いたします。 (Once completed, we will ship via Yamato Transport.)

参考価格 (Reference Prices)

  • ウォレット (Wallets): ¥30,000 (税込) 〜

  • バッグ (Bags): ¥80,000 (税込) 〜

  • 小物 (Accessories): ¥10,000 (税込) 〜

  • ※仕様・革の種類により変動いたします。(Varies by specification and leather type.)

キャンセル・返品について (Cancellations & Returns)

  • 受注生産のため、制作開始後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けできません。

  • 万が一、製品に不備がございましたら到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。 (Due to made-to-order nature, cancellations/returns are not accepted after production starts. If defective, contact within 7 days.)
